Deoria Jangali is a small village of 274.3 hectares in Utraula Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deoria Jangali depends on Utraula (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Deoria Jangali's pin code is 271604[4], and village code is 06702900. The area of Deoria Jangali is segregated as 260.5 hectares irrigated area, 5.12 hectares unirrigated area. the 1.3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 18.32 hectare area not available for cultivation.
