Deoraha is a small village of 60 hectares in Jalalpur Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deoraha depends on Jalalpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Deoraha's pin code is 224146[4], and village code is 06091600. The area of Deoraha is segregated as 32 hectares irrigated area, 6 hectares unirrigated area. the 16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 5 hectare area not available for cultivation.
