Deora is a small village of 1451 hectares in Bara Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deora depends on Shankargarh (NP, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Deora's pin code is 212301[4], and village code is 05516600. The area of Deora is segregated as 173 hectares irrigated area, 1258.97 hectares unirrigated area. the 1323.25 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 127.53 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shankargarh (NP and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
