Dedwari is a small village of 245 hectares in Jamwa Ramgarh Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dedwari depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 52.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dedwari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Dedwari's pin code is 302028[4], and village code is 01590000. The area of Dedwari is segregated as 52 hectares irrigated area, 47 hectares unirrigated, the 50 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 21 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell ghee and make their living.
