David C. Stout is an American politician currently serving as the El Paso County Commissioner for Precinct 2 in Texas. Stout grew up in the United States and pursued a career in journalism, public service, and academia.
He attended Goddard High School in Roswell, New Mexico, from 1995 to 1997 before transferring to Elko High School in Elko, Nevada, where he graduated in May 1998 with a 3.9 GPA.
