Daupur is a small village of 125.2 hectares in Koil Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Daupur depends on H GANJ, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply , One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Daupur's pin code is 202126[4], and village code is 01371300. The area of Daupur is segregated as 116.8 hectares irrigated area, the 4.8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 9.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.
