Dariyapur is a small village of 92 hectares in Akbarpur Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dariyapur depends on Jalalpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Dariyapur's pin code is 224146[4], and village code is 06091900. The area of Dariyapur is segregated as 67 hectares irrigated area, 4 hectares unirrigated area. the 9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
