Dapp.com is an aggregator website that lists dapps (decentralized applications) and all blockchain utilities. The platform lists over 3,000 blockchain applications including wallet, exchange, tool, game, gambling, etc, tracking the on-chain data and providing ranking algorithms of main blockchains like Ethereum, TRON, EOS, TomoChain, Klaytn, Steem, Neo, IOST[1].

History

Dapp.com was founded by CEO Kyle Lu in 2018, funded by Hashed, Du Capital and FBG Capital [2].

On July 24, 2019, Dapp.com completed a $500K Investment Round led by FBG Capital alongside Landscape Capital. FBG and Landscape committed to help Dapp.com get in touch with other blockchain companies[3].

On Sept 5, 2019, Dapp.com completed a $1M Pre-A Investment Round led by Hashed and Du Capital. Kyle Lu, Dapp.com Founder and CEO said the funds will be “to help Dapp.com boost our user base and revenue by expanding to new markets (especially Korea), as well as to drive growth through opportunities unlocked by the new resources injection”[4].

On December 4, 2019, Dapp.com co-promoted with The Sandbox in the game's official new launch and the crypto land pre-sale. Dapp.com helped promote The Sandbox on its media channels[5].

Dapp.com analyzes and distributes about 3,000 blockchain applications on Ethereum, TRON, EOS, Neo, Steem, Klaytn, TomoChain, IOST, Terra, Vexanium and ICON. Dapp.com tracks on-chain user activities including dapp user amount, transaction and volume[6].

Dapp ranking

Dapp.com’s ranking algorithm depends on the on-chain data it tracks to measure dapp performance[7]. In the Dapp Ranking section, users will be able to view all listed dapps in list form and sort by different methods including 24hr users, 24hr transaction amount, 24hr volume and Dapp.com Score, a weighted score calculated by Dapp.com. Users are also able to view the 7-day data and 30-day data ranking[8].

In 4.0 version update, dapp.com launched its Dapp Store. The new Dapp Store allows users to use cross-chain dapps directly with Dapp.com account and Dapp Store Wallet[16]. The beta version of Dapp Store Wallet was launched for EOS blockchain on September 3, 2019[17].
