DEVASAR is a small village of 3336 hectares in Nohar Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. DEVASAR depends on Rawatsar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. DEVASAR is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. DEVASAR's pin code is 335523[4], and village code is 00467300. The area of DEVASAR is segregated as 2821 hectares unirrigated, the 306 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 141 hectare area not available for cultivation.

DEVASAR is a census village in the district of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2750 and has total administration over 428 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
