Chilbila is a small village of 112 hectares in Meja Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chilbila depends on Bharatganj (Np), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Chilbila's pin code is 212305[4], and village code is 05649100. The area of Chilbila is segregated as 57 hectares irrigated area, 18 hectares unirrigated area. the 26 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 26 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bharatganj (Np) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
