Chheharao is a small village of 426 hectares in Banda Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chheharao depends on Banda, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chheharao's pin code is 210001[4], and village code is 04793800. The area of Chheharao is segregated as 42 hectares irrigated area, 451 hectares unirrigated area. the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 123 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Chheharao has One post office (Chhehraon B.O). Chheharao has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Chheharao is a census village in the district of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1331 and has total administration over 270 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banda and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
