Chhalesar is a small village of 495 hectares in Koil Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chhalesar depends on Atrauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chhalesar's pin code is 202127[4], and village code is 01367100. The area of Chhalesar is segregated as 405 hectares irrigated area, 43.29 hectares unirrigated area. the 448.65 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 46.35 hectare area not available for cultivation.
