Cheeb is a small village of 664 hectares in Banswara Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Cheeb depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Cheeb is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Cheeb's pin code is 327026[4], and village code is 03427400. The area of Cheeb is segregated as 84 hectares irrigated area, 171 hectares unirrigated, the 193.44 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 124 hectare area not available for cultivation.
