Changeri is a small village of 324 hectares in Koil Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Changeri depends on Jalali (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Changeri's pin code is 202128[4], and village code is 01374900. The area of Changeri is segregated as 213.4 hectares irrigated area, 14 hectares unirrigated area. the 16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 46 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Changeri is a census village in the district of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1419 and has total administration over 247 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jalali (NP) and Aligarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
