Chandpur is a small village of 18 hectares in Soraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chandpur depends on Allahabad (M Co, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply which is 1.00% of the total supply, and One handpump.
