Chandanapur is a small village of 154.4 hectares in Ramnagar Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chandanapur depends on Ramnagar (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Chandanapur's pin code is 225202[4], and village code is 05737700. The area of Chandanapur is segregated as 53.278 hectares irrigated area, 47.092 hectares unirrigated area. the 0.089 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 3.613 hectare area not available for cultivation.
