Chandadih is a small village of 361.8 hectares in Belthara Road Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chandadih depends on Belthara Road , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chandadih's pin code is 221715[4], and village code is 09091400. The area of Chandadih is segregated as 235.69 hectares irrigated area, 51.11 hectares unirrigated area. the 20.32 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 54.72 hectare area not available for cultivation.
