Calzone Fever Inc. is a Canadian calzone business founded in November 2020 Toronto, Ontario by two 12 year old children: Theo F. Baker and Emil J. Wright. Within a week of starting the business, Calzone Fever had multiple child employees, all under the age of 14. According to the mandatory Calzone Fever employee contract, every employee is a technical owner of the business until it can afford to pay them all minimum wage. The CEO of Calzone Fever is Emil J. Wright, while Theo F. Baker is the Head Data Scientist and Head of Marketing. The business delivers in and around east end Toronto.
Food
Calzone fever has six main flavours that they sell: The original calzone, the breakfast calzone, meat lover's calzone, s'mores calzone, nutella calzone and the dessert calzone. Calzone fever has made calzones with many different flavour profiles. The breakfast calzone has egg and bacon in dough, whilst the dessert calzone contains condensed milk, strawberry and chocolate. Their original was a calzone with a small break from the norm, instead of the pizza sauce being on the side, the put the sauce inside.
