Biyour is a small village of 202 hectares in Handia Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Biyour depends on Handia (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Biyour's pin code is 221508[4], and village code is 05600200. The area of Biyour is segregated as 117 hectares irrigated area, 29 hectares unirrigated area. the 29 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Handia (NP) and Allahabad to sell carpet and make their living.
