Bisarna is a small village of 475.9 hectares in Agra Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bisarna depends on Agra (CB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bisarna's pin code is 283102[4], and village code is 01586400. The area of Bisarna is segregated as 320 hectares irrigated area, the 54 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 95 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Agra (CB) and Agra to sell earthen pottery and make their living.
