Bilharka is a small village of 1260 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bilharka depends on kartal, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Bilharka's pin code is 210129[4], and village code is 04848400. The area of Bilharka is segregated as 333 hectares irrigated area, 568 hectares unirrigated area. the 48 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 290 hectare area not available for cultivation.
