Bilauna Chitrasi is a small village of 713.4 hectares in Atrauli Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bilauna Chitrasi depends on Chharra Rafatpu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bilauna Chitrasi's pin code is 202134[4], and village code is 01350500. The area of Bilauna Chitrasi is segregated as 1049.64 hectares irrigated area, 62 hectares unirrigated area. the 20 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 57 hectare area not available for cultivation.
