Bhempur is a small village of 38.21 hectares in Handia Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhempur depends on Phulpur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Bhempur's pin code is 212405[4], and village code is 05555900. The area of Bhempur is segregated as 0.833 hectares irrigated area, 3.154 hectares unirrigated area. the 1.835 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 2.157 hectare area not available for cultivation.
