Bhawai is a small village of 372 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhawai depends on Naraini (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bhawai's pin code is 210129[4], and village code is 04842000. The area of Bhawai is segregated as 318 hectares irrigated area, 4 hectares unirrigated area. the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 36 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bhawai is a census village in the district of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1457 and has total administration over 260 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Naraini (NP) and Banda to sell jaggery and make their living.
