Belsara is a small village of 339 hectares in Karchhana Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Belsara depends on KONDHIYARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Belsara's pin code is 212301[4], and village code is 05532200. The area of Belsara is segregated as 276 hectares irrigated area, 30 hectares unirrigated area. the 33 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KONDHIYARA and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
