Belhari is a small village of 278 hectares in Haidergarh Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Belhari depends on Dariyabad (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Belhari's pin code is 225120[4], and village code is 05810900.

Belhari has One post office (Mohabbatpur B.O). Belhari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Belhari is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2835 and has total administration over 477 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
