Begi Call is a small village of 103 hectares in Jalalpur Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Begi Call depends on Jalalpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers,Two canals and Two springs. Begi Call is also surrounded byTwo lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Begi Call's pin code is 224149[4], and village code is 06108000. The area of Begi Call is segregated as 69 hectares irrigated area, 7 hectares unirrigated area. the 12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 13 hectare area not available for cultivation.
