Baraichha is a small village of 391 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Baraichha depends on Naraini (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply which is 2.00% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Baraichha's pin code is 210202[4], and village code is 04849900. The area of Baraichha is segregated as 48 hectares irrigated area, 81 hectares unirrigated area. the 8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 22 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Naraini (NP) and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
