Balawala is a small village of 274 hectares in Sanganer Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Balawala depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 89.66% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Balawala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Balawala's pin code is 302029[4], and village code is 01550800. The area of Balawala is segregated as 89.66 hectares irrigated area, 78.52 hectares unirrigated, the 85.9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 19.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.
