Balai is a small village of 922 hectares in Bah Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Balai depends on BHADRAULI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Balai's pin code is 283113[4], and village code is 01638300. The area of Balai is segregated as 215 hectares irrigated area, 512 hectares unirrigated, remaining 12 hectare area not available for cultivation.
