Bada Gaon is a small village of 245 hectares in Baberu Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bada Gaon depends on Baberu (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bada Gaon's pin code is 210121[4], and village code is 04809100. The area of Bada Gaon is segregated as 19.36 hectares irrigated area, 206.88 hectares unirrigated area. the 1.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 14.56 hectare area not available for cultivation.
