Baboori Ban is a small village of 90 hectares in Handia Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Baboori Ban depends on Handia (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Baboori Ban's pin code is 212502[4], and village code is 05608000. The area of Baboori Ban is segregated as 18 hectares irrigated area, 58 hectares unirrigated area. the 11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 3 hectare area not available for cultivation.
