Atus is a small village of 416.3 hectares in Kiraoli Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Atus depends on RUNAKTA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 100.00% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Atus's pin code is 283101[4], and village code is 01598000. The area of Atus is segregated as 400 hectares irrigated area, 16.27 hectares unirrigated, remaining 4 hectare area not available for cultivation.
