Aseni is a small village of 239.2 hectares in Nawabganj Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Aseni depends on aalapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Aseni's pin code is 225003[4], and village code is 05765700. The area of Aseni is segregated as 213 hectares irrigated area, 4.048 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 22.14 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Aseni has One post office (Aseni B.O) and Two public telephones. Aseni has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Aseni is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2662 and has total administration over 485 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of aalapur and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
