Aldo Muzzarelli Is a Venezuelan Painter, widely known as the butterflies painter. He has been a Drawing professor in the Workshops taught by the Venezuelan Cultural Council. Won the sculpture Art contest COCA COLA and the Art of Our People in Caracas, Venezuela. Painted the Monumental Pantocrátor for the choir of the Cathedral of San Pedro in Caracas, Venezuela. He is the author of the monumental piece of Christ that hangs from the ceiling on the main altar of the Cathedral of San Pedro in Caracas. Many other pieces have been placed at several locations including the sculpture “Freedom” located at front of the Spartanburg Marriott hotel in South Carolina and "The Big Cocoon" located in Mauldin Public Art Trail, Mauldin SC.

Biography

Aldo Muzzarelli was born in Tinaquillo, Cojedes state in November 1963. He began painting and participating in contests at an early age. As a child, he worked on his Dad's movie theater. In 2013, he relocated to South Carolina, and since then he has been awarded 30+ Awards.
