Akodhi is a small village of 140 hectares in Soraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Akodhi depends on Lal Gopalganj N, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Akodhi's pin code is 212503[4], and village code is 05390900. The area of Akodhi is segregated as 138 hectares irrigated area.

Akodhi has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
