8 GGR is a small village of 531 hectares in Tibi Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 8 GGR depends on Hanumangarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 8 GGR is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. 8 GGR's pin code is 335526[4], and village code is 00331100. The area of 8 GGR is segregated as 308 hectares irrigated area, 67 hectares unirrigated, remaining 156 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Hanumangarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
