4 NR is a small village of 248 hectares in Pilibanga Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 4 NR depends on Pilibanga, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 4 NR is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. 4 NR's pin code is 335803[4], and village code is 00404400. The area of 4 NR is segregated as 150 hectares irrigated area, 37 hectares unirrigated, the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 55.68 hectare area not available for cultivation.
