4 KAM is a small village of 196 hectares in Anupgarh Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 4 KAM depends on ANUPGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 4 KAM is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. 4 KAM's pin code is 335703[4], and village code is 00147200. The area of 4 KAM is segregated as 131.75 hectares irrigated area, 22.17 hectares unirrigated, remaining 30 hectare area not available for cultivation.
