3 PWM is a small village of 340 hectares in Pilibanga Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 3 PWM depends on Pilibanga, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 3 PWM is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pilibanga and Hanumangarh to sell brick making and make their living.
