3 PGM is a small village of 329 hectares in Anupgarh Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 3 PGM depends on ANUPGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 3 PGM is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. 3 PGM's pin code is 335703[4], and village code is 00165900. The area of 3 PGM is segregated as 131.66 hectares irrigated area, 30.87 hectares unirrigated, remaining 13.08 hectare area not available for cultivation.

3 PGM is a census village in the district of Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 357 and has total administration over 72 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of ANUPGARH and Ganganagar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
