19 RJD is a small village of 315 hectares in Gharsana Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 19 RJD depends on 3 STR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 19 RJD is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. 19 RJD's pin code is 335707[4], and village code is 00201600. The area of 19 RJD is segregated as 73 hectares irrigated area, 4 hectares unirrigated, the 117 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 20 hectare area not available for cultivation.
