Akoli is a small village of 2868 hectares in Sanchore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Akoli depends on JALOR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 1205.44% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Akoli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Akoli's pin code is 343025[4], and village code is 02297200. The area of Akoli is segregated as 1414.04 hectares irrigated area, 300.8 hectares unirrigated, the 438.35 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 714.65 hectare area not available for cultivation.
